CALL & COLLECT YOUR PARTY BAGS READY MADE - AVAILABLE FROM MARCH 2008!

It’s really simple.

• Select the ‘Call and Collect’ shipping option in the delivery selection screen.
• We aim to pick and pack your parcel within 24 hours - working days.
• We will email you or telephone to let you know your parcel is ready.
• You choose a time to collect.

Payment?

1) You can order and pay online via our secure online payment service with your credit or debit card    

 

2) For a bespoke service you can order over the telephone and an invoice will be raised for you to pay online or for your to send a cheque.

3) You can pay via cheque:-

(Please note you should allow fourteen days from the date you sent your cheque to receiving your goods to allow the cheque to clear).

 

What about delivery of personalised wrapped chocolate bars & wedding favours.    -

The personalised wrapped chocolate bars and favours are delivered direct from the manufacturer. The postage has been included in the birthday chocolates for ease.   Please choose the relevant delivery option for the wedding chocolates.

 Chocolate Ingredients

Each chocolate bar is milk chocolate and contains sugar, cocoa butter, cream powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, flavouring, vanillin. Milk chocolate contains: cocoa solids 34% minimum, milk solids 27% minimum. This product may contain traces of nuts, wheat solids and / or seeds.
 

 What about delivery?    

Orders placed by 12 noon are despatched where possible that day (except on weekends and bank holidays). 

Please note.  Wherever possible we try to recycle our packaging in an attempt to save the environment, so please do not be put off by any packaging you receive. 

We offer  flat rate delivery charges to UK mainland (excluding highlands) for up to 10kg by our door to door courier service or Royal Mail Standard Parcel.    We do ship to the rest of the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.   Please choose the option at checkout or contact us for more information.

The courier will attempt one delivery and then leave a card.  Please note this is a signed for service. You must then contact the depot to arrange re-delivery,   If you have not contacted the depot within two days then the items will be returned to us and we will not be able to refund the postage for both the delivery and the return charge:-

1) Standard delivery - £4.99 -

Your party bags will reach you 5 working days after they have been dispatched, e.g. for an order placed before 12 noon on Monday, goods will be received the following Tuesday.  We use Royal Mail standard parcel service for our standard delivery service. 

2) 2 to 3 day delivery - £7.99 - service is unaffected with the postal strike

Your party bags will reach you 2-3 working days after they have been dispatched, e.g. for an order placed before 12 noon on Monday, goods will be received on the Thursday at the latest. 

3) Next day delivery  at £9.99 - we recommend using this service for orders on Monday to Wednesday and Friday

Your party bags are guaranteed to reach you on the next working day after they have been dispatched (provided your order is received by 12 noon). Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon  will be received on Monday.    We recommend you order no later than Wednesday if your party is at the weekend as we cannot be responsible for forces of nature, i.e. broken down vehicle, accident, and adverse weather conditions.  The courier will deliver during the day usually  up until 5.30p.m.  Sometime during busy periods this will be later.

4) Next day delivery before 12 noon at £18.99 - we recommend using this service for orders on Thursday with a Friday delivery

Your party bags are guaranteed to reach you on the next working day after they have been dispatched (provided your order is received by 12 noon). Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon  will be received on Monday.    We recommend you order no later than Wednesday if your party is at the weekend as we cannot be responsible for forces of nature, i.e. broken down vehicle, accident, and adverse weather conditions.

 

I would like to create my own party bag!

Just e-mail or telephone us with your requirements.  Virtually any combination is possible!  We will discuss your requirements.  We can raise an invoice via our secure online payment system which you receive by e-mail for you to pay by your credit card.  It couldn’t be easier!

 

What about sweets?

We add the option to include the number of packets of sweets you require, no sweets or chocolate alternatives (see individual bags for details).  We use well know brands of sweets,e.g. Haribo, Swizzels Matlow etc.    Our selections include Haribo mix, Fun Gums (various).  We also try to give age/gender specific sweets where applicable.

 What if I would like to personalize the message on my party bags (applicable to brown eco, organza and cello bags)?

Our brown eco, cello and organza party bags come with our standard tag saying “Thank you for coming to my party”.  We are more than happy to incorporate your own personalized message for the many different occasions that you may require them for e.g. christenings/weddings/naming days.  We can also add your child’s name to the party bag e.g. "Thank you for coming to my party from Grace" or "To Ella, Thank you for coming to our Wedding from Sophie & David"

 How do the bags arrive?

 All our bags are very different, so we have summarized below how they arrive to help you choose:

Cello party bags – these come all ready prepared with “Thank you for coming to my party” gift tag and curling ribbon.  Cake is then handed out separately at the party.

Organza party bags  - these come all ready prepared with “Thank you for coming to my party” gift tag.    Cake is then handed out separately at the party.

Luxury gift party bag – choose our readymade pre-filled party bags, these come with “Thank you for coming to my party” gift tag and curling ribbon, or our eco bag which arrive in a kit form as we believe they transport better that way and will look pristine for the party.  The kit includes  gift bag, tissue, safety note, party bag contents, sweets.  Cake can be added into the bag at the party.

Brown eco party bag with raffia – these arrive in kit form as we believe they transport better that way .  The kit includes eco bag with “Thank you for coming to my party” gift tag attached, tissue, safety note, party bag contents, sweets. Bags are made up and raffia is threaded through the bag at the top to seal it and tied in a bow.  These bags take a little more of your time to make up, but the end result is very effective!   Cake is handed out separately at the party.

Coloured eco party bag  – these arrive in kit form as we believe they transport better this way.  The kit includes coloured eco bag with “Thank you for coming to my party” gift tag attached, tissue, safety note, party bag contents, sweets.  Cake can be added into the bag at the party. 

Plain brown eco party bag – these arrive in kit form as we believe they transport better this way.  The kit includes plain brown eco bag with “Thank you for coming to my party” gift tag attached,  tissue, safety note, party bag contents, sweets.  Cake can be added into the bag at the party. 

 

Are all of your items in stock?

We keep a large quantity of stock, so that we can despatch your chosen party bags to you straight away.  If we do not have any particular items you will be offered something of similar type/value or a full refund.   To avoid disappointment it is always better to order seven days in advance.


What about toy safety?

We take careful measures to ensure that all our party bag contents are safe, some of which are toys and some of which are not.

Where an item is a toy it will carry a CE mark.  This indicates that it complies with toy (safety) regulations 1995.

Many of our items are not classed as “toys” e.g. hair accessories, stationery etc and thus will not carry the CE mark.  However, since these items may be harmful to children under 36 months, we only supply party bags to children over this age except in the designated areas in the website.

 All our bags also include a safety note stating this information. Please do not remove from the bag.

 

What if I want a refund?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your party bags. Therefore, we are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange (excluding postage and packaging), if you change your mind within seven days of receiving your party bags. Contact us by e-mail or telephone within this time period and return the party bags to us in their original unused state and in their original packaging. We will then arrange your exchange or refund. What if the party bags or goods are damaged?

Our cello and organza party bags are prepared by hand and we ensure they are in perfect condition when they are dispatched. 

All other bags are sent out in kit form (see above) so that they arrive in the best condition and can easily be put together for your party.  If, for any reason any of the bags/goods are damaged in transit, please contact as soon as possible and we can organize an exchange/refund.
